On (30/06/2024) Mr. Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Mr. Dara Rashid, Minister of Planning and their accompanying delegation visited Goptapa-Chamchamal Water Project in in order to see the work and implementation of the project.

On May 5th, 2023, Mr. Begard Talabani, the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Hazar Majid, the authorized manager of Habika Company. During the meeting, her excellency expressed his appreciation to Habika for successfully completing three dam projects the previous year. Her Excellency also promised that her excellency will do her best to ensure that the company receives its outstanding financial dues.
