Goptapa - Chamchamal Water Project is a strategic and important project that is being implemented on the land border of Goptapa - Agjalar - Qshlakh- Takiya and the purpose is to solve the problem of water shortage in Chamchamal district and its surroundings. It will deliver clean water to Chamchamal city and surrounding districts and villages in the amount of (3400 m3) within one hour and more than 480 people will benefit from it
